You are tone, just under some fat, I would say, because that's what I am. Lol, and i'm 5'2 and 138 pounds, and i have muscle. So, my advice to become "toned" is to lose fat, so keep up weightlifting/crunches/whatever you do to get muscle, but also encorporate some things like running, taebo, walking, jumproping, anything to bring up your heart rate. But, you should do anything for at least 10 minutes, walking for at least 20 minutes 4-6 times a week to see results! Good luck! |
