Not eating breakfast is the worst thing to do if you want to lose weight. If you skip meals, that's going to slow down your metabolism and maybe even cause you to gain weight. It's better just to eat something light and healthy, maybe yogurt or some fruit. For lunch you said you have two juices and a pepsi, that's a lot of sugar, especially for just one meal. Juice is very sugary so if you're going to have it, it should be at breakfast time so that you can burn the calories off throughout the day. For lunch maybe try having a sandwich, piece of fruit, and diet pepsi or water?
