Be patient it takes a week to lose 1-2 pounds. Also, I have friends who are so skinny, eat whatever the hell they want and dont even know what exercise is too!!! It annoys me so much!! and then whenever you go out with them somewhere to eat and you order something healthy they just look at you like you are a freak and dont understand why you dont eat like them!! LIFE IS UNFAIR...... |
