Like make some air popped popcorn or a salad or set aside some fruit, and when you get home you've got healthy snacks right on hand! put them where youll see them so that it'll remind you that you are trying to be healthy!! Also, something that I found worked when I used to be at school was this. I found that I was starving just as I got home, but i think it was just that my body was thinking: oh look its home time to eat lots of food!!! but i found if i didnt eat for about 1/2 hour after i got home i wasnt as hungry and was satisfied by just some fruit or something.
