i havent lost the weight yet but just eat healthy(fruits,fish(has good fat that u need),veggies,water,juice,popcorn or some pretzels(only a little)for snacks,etc.)and EXERCISE!thats one of the most important things when wanting to lose weight at a fast rate and keeping it off.im about 5'4 also and 115 i wana b between 90-105 lbs.
