I think that you just have a problem that most of us do, except it may be extreme. Most of us have a distorted perception of ourselves, most teenage girls do, that's what usually makes them go on a diet. Since you have trouble making up your mind if you're fat or skinny, this is my suggestion: Everyday write down what you see in the mirror, fat, skinny, too tall, too short. Then, at the end of the week look over all your notes on yourself. Then, decide how you feel. If you realize that you feel too skinny for a long time, then you may want to follow that, or if you feel too fat, maybe you would feel better with exercising everyday. Or, if you look back and you see your entries are varied, then you may just want to stay the same. Remember, we are very judging of ourselves, and it will get better, i promise. Good luck~Michelle
