| Reply from Liz, Age 18 - 2/15/03 - IP#: 144.136.144.xxx bigbb-c7855 that sounds fantastic! however, with dinner you should have some kind of fish, chicken or meat because it is very important that you have protein and iron. i know that if i dont eat enough meat i get anemia, which is a condition where you feel tired and dizzy and faint all the time. If you dont want to eat meat then you should take supplements for iron. Good luck you can do this!! |
