Spread a basic vegetable based pasta sauce on it (fat free) and top with some reduced fat cheese. Put in the oven till warmed and brown and serve with salad or vegies. Its a low fat version of what they used to serve in the resturant I worked in : chicken parmigana. You can also crumb the chicken breasts. Also, there are HEAPS of low fat recipies on the net!!! just search for em. Hope i've helped! |
