hi unknown. well basically, the only things u have to do to lose weight is eat healthy(cut down on fatty food), drink lots of water(about 8 glasses a day), and exercise. i started exercising about 2 weeks ago for 20 minutes a day and i lost about 5 pounds. i hope this helped. if u need more advice, just post ur reply here bye!
