| Reply from lauren, Age 12 - 2/8/03 - IP#: 24.243.149.xxx bigbb-c7759 hey matt!! ok well if you want to lose weight you need to do activities like running or any kind of sport! if you chose to run the just try to run for 1 minute without stopping and if you can then move on to two minutes but if you cant then keep trying until you get it and then move on to 2 and then 3 and so forth. try to do at least 30 minutes of activity each day! good luck! |
