| Reply from daria , Age 18 - 2/7/03 - IP#: 216.12.206.xxx bigbb-c7746 well doing it the healthy way is the best idea, eating regularly whether it be a diet or just general healthy foods, stay off of too many carbs and drink LOTS Of water. you have to do excercise for at least 30 minutes a day, something to really get your heart rate up. just keep with it and it'll work kiddo. |
