| Reply from daria, Age 18 - 2/7/03 - IP#: 216.12.206.xxx bigbb-c7743 once you get your heart rate up you should keep doing that, thats when your body burns calories. as for the vegetarian thing, i've been one for 3 years, not for diet purposes but because i disagree and whatnot. you need to make sure you take lots of vitamins to make up for the nutrition your body wont get from meat anymore. ok well goodluck! |
