first of all..dont put yourself down about anything...you really need to say that you can do instead of that you cant..and you have to watch what you eat..but mainly you have to excersice. watching what you eat will keep you from gaining weight but if you want to lose the weight that you have now then you have to excersice..running is always good but remember to stretch first and do what i do..first you try to run 1 minute without stopping..and if you can do it then go to 2 minutes but if you cant then keep trying and when you accomplish it then move on to 2 and 3 and 4 and so on..and also try to drink water instead of soda and sport drinks..its really going to help!
