I've been on a diet for 6 days now and have lost 7 lbs., and here's some helpful stuff: -drink water. lots. if you're hungry, drink water or diet soda or something and see if you still need food, then eat. it fills you up. -eat a little fish or white meat eat day (if ur not vegetarian!) it helps u lose weight. -don't drink soda or juice. eat your cals, dont drink em. - exercise -a good meal would be: -fruit -sandwich (turkey, lettuce, cheese) and -a cup of veggie soup - try to split the cals you eat into equal groups thruout the day: 3 (or however many) meals and an extra group for snacks Hope I helped!!! |
