Just buy some free weights and do exercises at home. Weight lifting really revs your metabolism and keeps it higher much longer after your work out than aerobic excerise. But also do your workouts you're doing now. You don't even have to weight lift very often. Try about twice a week. You can do it!!! God bless you!!! |
