It takes about a week to see any noticable results, but a few weeks before your clothes will fit different etc. Its heaps easier to just get into a healthy eating fitness regime daily and not think about the weight. Then youll put on a skirt or something one day and its just a suprise your like wow i cant believe this is too big! Its MUCH better to lose weight slowly cause i guarantee youll keep it off.
