okay, you should excercise everyday, but workout three times a week. The differnce between an excersice and a workout is that an excercise is an activity that requires physical ability. A workout is A strenuous test of ability and endurance toward improving your athleic ability. For example, the average amount of times you went up and down your stairs in a day would be considered an excersice, while an advanced tae bo tape would be considered a workout.
