If i were you i wouldnt get back wid him..you can find someone much much better out there. All you have to do is eat right. Dont starve yourself!!! because this makes you put on more weight. what i would do is as your losing weight ( by excercising 3 times a week, or every day for half an hour, but make sure you do at least 2 hours of excercise) to tone as well. by doing 20 situps a day then work up to 40 then 50 and so on, do an extra 5-10 every day. so wen u finish you will have lost weight and have a really toned stoumach. swimming and areobics is one of the fastest ways to lose weight. swimming tones arms and legs, and is gr8 for your heart. Do this for you not him. Just excercise and dont think of yourself on a 'diet' because the first thing you will want to do is break it and eat sumthing ' bad'. there is no food in the world that is bad, as long as you eat it in moderation. you can have a treat of course you can!! but just cut it in half, so theres still sumthing nice to eat but less calories. Also DONT calorie count..it makes you put on more weight wen u stop, and do you really want to count every little thing u eat or drink>? Herbal tea is gr8 and so is water to drink to replace fizzy drinks. |
