Heres one. dont do it. i have been anerexic before. its hell. your tired all the time, you look awful, and you end up piling on 2wice as much weight. you cant starve yuorself forever so u eventually have to start eating again..and wen u do the pounds pile on..and are hard to get rid of. Your metabolism slows down and becomes sluggish, making it harder to burn calories. wen u go back to eating, your metabolism stays like this so u get fatter and fatter and fatter. What i started to do was eat fruits veggies, brown bread, cereals, pasta etc. and replaced coca cola with herbal tea and water. If you starve yourself, and become anerexic your insides start to fail, like your liver. you can also have a heartattack. Your stoumach is bloated because ur not eating proply, and in the end this binge diet results in more weight being put on. So the best advice about how to be anerexic is: dont do it, in the end its not worth it, and you will lose weight faster and keep it off, by losing actual fat, with healthy eating and excercise 3 times a week for an hour.
