You should lose the weight for you, not him. He sounds like a jerk anyway. Do you really want him back? You should lose weight for you, and then to see the look on his face when you are skinny would be a bonus! Dont starve yourself. Sooner or later youll see some food and be so hungry youll just binge and you wont even realise how much you've eaten! If you starve yourself your metabolism will slow and stop you from losing weight. Aim for 2 pounds a week loss by eating low fat foods and lots of fruits/veggies and cutting back portions and lots water. Good luck!
