hey reggie, as we all know we must exercise everyday at least 20 minutes so our body could release toxins that are not good for us and elle woods was right when she said that exercise releases endorphins that makes us happy so while we are all in our exercise and diet routine we all feel less stressed so we dont worry bout those people who tells us we are fat we just know the fact that we are losing weight and no body can stop us to reach our goal and do our best!!!
