I feel the same way but please don't starve urself! I can totally help: 1)Always eat a little breakfast. Just a little. try to basically stay away from carbs, ESPECIALLY white flours though. 2)Exercise in the morning. I recommend a treadmill. I just got my mom to buy me one. It's a great idea. 3)Drink TONS OF TONS OF T O N S of water. Like, 9 glasses a day it can really make a difference. 4)Keep and HONEST food journal. Every day look at what you ate. Try to cut back on the junk, carbs, and white flours. ~But remember to defenately eat breakfast... Eating breakfast speeds up ur metabolism by like, a zillion times!!!~ G O O D L U C K H E A T H E R!!!! Please don't be anorexic u could die. Sarah :-)
