dnt worry. all u need 2 do is hav a big breakfast evry morning. u can hav cereal or yogurt or eggs - none of these things are that bad 4 u. get ur mum 2 buy u sum wheat free bread cz its gd 4 2. if u wana snack eat natural yogurt wi honey or fruit dipped in a lil honey (4summat sweet) or get ur mum 2 buy sum geobars coz they're really gd & healthy 2. 4 otha meals hav loadsa fruit & veg & a portian of meat or wteva else ur being served but hav a small helpin of potatoes etc. neva go in2 where fattening foods r stored & if u eva wana eat a choc bar jus imagine that chocol8 as being xtra flab & fat added 2 u. good luck! its working 4 me!
