Hey, I am a Vegetarian. The Veggies are very healthy, but you should also take some vitamins then. You need to get a good source of protein in your diet when you are a vegetarian. I just eat veggies and drink and energy drink that has tons a vitamins and take 2 other vitamins a day...it all works! Hope this helps!
