hey i know how u feel! i have a plan that might work.... i went on it and lost about 60 pounds from 180 to about 120. For a couple months have a certain calorie range start off with about 400 (u can eat more u just have to work it off)try to eat healthy but it also allows treats work off the other calories say if u eat 800 work out for about a half a hour also try tae bo it works really really well it burns off about 800 calories per hour and is fun!
