Amy not everyone finds it as easy as you. Just like school work is hard for some and easy for others. Did you know people can be addicted to food just like people are to alcohol? Some people on this site have problems with food and eating disorders. You should be sensitive however I do comend you because its a great attitude to have for yourself cause you sound really motivated. Just dont enforce it on others. Good luck.
