| Reply from Carmen, Age 19 - 1/14/03 - IP#: 12.219.218.xxx bigbb-c7405 all you need to do is eat 3 balanced meals and work out for 30 min 3x a week you can do it. it also helps if you have someone to go with you to work out then you can skip out and you can get suport from a friend or family member. you might not loose 20 to 25 lbs but you will tone up and look great. remember that muscels weight more them fat. good luck Carmen |
