| Reply from eve, Age 14 - 1/11/03 - IP#: 63.196.0.xxx bigbb-c7356 Hey, i am also on a diet. this is what i eat: breakfast-fruit, lunch-small sandwich no mayo, snacks: fruits and veggies, dinner-half of whatever my mom cooks, for example some soup or something similar. if this is too little for you, what you can do is eat some of the foods that you noramlly eat, but cut them in half. For example if you just HAVE TO HAVe that candy bar, cut it in half and eat only that much.
