The tapes do work! At first, you're really not going to notice as much, but you can feel it. After about 2 weeks i could see that my arms and thighs were getting smaller. Along with the tapes, I suggest running and plenty of situps. (when doing the tapes, dont forget to keep holding your stomach in tight, that is how htey work)
