i had exactly the same problem as u! i dieted ( but i did it the wrong way by starving myself) it was reallllllly hard, and i was hungry allll the time. i lost loads, and became reallllly thin. but i got fed up of not eating nice foods like my friends, so i stopped it. then i gained back the weight!!! which was soooo annoying. then i became reallly depressed, and didnt wanto go out wid my friends. i got so depressed i had to visit a counceller and it helped alot. but what i am doing now is im not dieting at all. simply eating all the right foods, and healthily and in proportion. i eat 'forbidden' foods when i feel like them, but i dont eat too much of them, if i feel like a chocolate bar, i will have one, but cut it in half. u just have to eat healthily, and i excercise for 3 hours a week. u can break it down though, to so many minutes a day! good luck!
