Hey... U no one of the biggest tips in loosing weight is not to look at ure scales every other day. U should leave it to maybe once a month. If u dont it will juss get u down and make u think its not worth it but it is and anyway the scales shouldnt be trusted to tough! good luck..i hope this helped u a lil!
