| Reply from Liz, Age 18 - 1/4/03 - IP#: 144.136.144.xxx bigbb-c7280 of course you have enough courage if you have a dream you can achieve it, but its up to you. you should maybe see a doctor or dietician if you are really serious about losing weight, but a good rule of thumb is to eat only when your really hungry. when you say "i feel like chocolate" its a craving and not hunger! hunger is when you feel a tingle in the tummy and you would just about eat anything! so eat when your hungry and only enough to just satify. eat little bits of food all day instead of huge meals too. |
