my friend went on slimfast and she only lasted 2 days, because it was hard to stick to and i got mad at her! the slimfast food is simply a meal replacement - it has the same amount of calories a normal controlled size balanced meal does. i think it sounds crap personally - a bar for breakfast, a milkshake for lunch and then dinner? how boring!
