i am the same age as you and i weigh the same ammount of pounds and i have the same problems. I may have a temporary solution but its not too good.. but you can look at what it is if you want. dont eat to much during the day if you can help it, sure eat cereal and drink water and milk etc.. but do not eat anything before you go to bed. . the next morning when you wake up... well you can see that your body has eaten off some of the fat in you little pouch where the food gos immediately after you eat it... soon after that little pouch gos away it will start happening to the rest of your stomache. Just keep eating healthy because if you eat something really unhealthy.. it will just add on again, im sorry that i only gave you information for you stomache but that is all i can think of my self for me. I did cheerleading this past year and the work out on my arms from holding people up has helped my arms get more lean and my legs to make that fat look like muscle around the thigh area.
