They are the best! It is fun, and it only takes a while to start seeing results. I lost 10 lbs. in a week by doing the basic Taebo everyday and eating healthy stuff like pretzels, carrots, sugarfree jello, skim milk, etc... But here is a tip: It takes a while. Just stick with it. I eventually gained that weight back because I stopped doing Taebo. I don't know why I stopped? Don't move up to the advanced tape until you are in excellent shape, because I tried the advanced tape and I almost passed out. It was so hard. But I heard that if you do the advanced it burns 800 calories. Good luck!! |
