Do you have enough time to excersize? Secondly, how do you eat? Answer honestly. Do you eat constantly or only at meals or somewhere in between? What kinds of foods do you eat? Do you have a problem with cravings? Lastly does at least your parent/ guardian know that you want to loose a lot of weight? A couple tips: *Drink lots of water. It fills you up, and its a fat flusher. *Try to avoid going into the kitchen. *Instead of watching TV, go up to your room & crank up the toons. Start dancing!!!! It's fun, and you can break a sweat doing it!!!!! ~I hope that helps a bit! |
