A REALLY good exercise tape is Tae Bo. It's a combo of all these different things like aerobics and self defense, it's so fun, and you feel like the karate kid afterwards! I did 1 video that was about 30 minutes long everyday once, for a week, and I lost 2 pounds, without dieting. It's great!
