Well, unless you weigh arond 450 pounds, it will be really hard for you to lose that much weight in any time less than a few weeks. You would have to lose 2 pounds a day, and that would be burning around 7000 calories, plus whatever you eat. I suggest taking it slow. Don't take seconds, eat right, no sweets, exercise for 30-120 minutes a day, drink plenty of water, and you should see the weight come off in no time!
