I bet that you don't eat because your hungry, there is something, maybe cravings, making you want to eat. The next time you get the urge to eat a huge amount, or to eat in the middle of the night, ask yourself, "am i hungry?", if not, then find something else to do. There is always going for walks, playing with friends, learning how to do things, like playing an instrument. If you really have to have something to keep your jaws busy, get a glass of icecubes. Water can't make you fat! Good luck!
