The diet itself works very well for me because it really wasn't a "diet". It showed me how to change my life and eat healthily. To be honest, I ignore the exercises too. I prefer to do 30 min. workout tapes like Pilates and yoga, my Weight Watchers Get in Shape! DVD, and my Prevention Fitness System Belly, Butt, and Thighs DVD. You can also join a sport, ride your bike, talk walks, ride a scooter, or roller blade/ice skate. I try to work out 3 times a week. Hope I helped.
