If you can't get them too, make your own money and shop for what you want--the healthiest of all foods, so when your hungry, all you eat is healthy food. Run around your block twice every morning, and gradually 6 times (1-3 miles) If you do eat something from the cafeteria, or from home that is fattening, disipline yourself by running around the block one more time. soon you'll be active in gym and look better than everyone else. DON'T GIVE UP, EVEN UNDER DEPRESSION. :) |
