Walk every morning for 25 minutes (before you eat) Then wait about 15 minutes after you walk and eat a sensible breakfast. Make sure that you don't eat junk before you go to bed, that will sit. Walk at night for 25 mins too. Depending on how long you have had the extra weight, it will take a long time for it to come off. (Don't do fad diets, you will always regain what you lost. Because you are not losing fat on fad diets) |
