hey! well my diets good really, i sumtimes really crave sugary foods but i try not to eat them, i have one chocolate bar a week for a treat, i usualy have cereal in the morning, wholemeal sandwhich and fruit for lunch, and dinner usually vegetables and other things like that or soup, or salad, ( it depends ) i make sure i drink 8 glasses of water a day ( but i have to have juice in it) and i have vegetables and things like that. i rarely have puddings, i may have the occasional low fat yogurt.
