Start out with 2 minutes of running, then walking for 2 minutes, then 2 minutes of walking, etc. Try talking to your parents about having healthier food around the house. You have to drink lots of water. Sometimes your body is trying to tell you that you're thirsty/dehydrated, but your mind sees it as hunger. Or if you're bored, or sad, you eat...but try walking or doing something active. It's better and healthier to be active than sit and watch TV. |
