You should definately try weight training 3 times a week, full body. it will not make you build muscle like a man, but you will some feminine muscle, which looks great. You will be happy with the results. And also do cardio (walk, jog, bike) for 30 minutes 5-7 days a week. (definately talk to a trainer about how to perform an exercise so you get better results faster.) Also, your nutrition, lots of Fruits and Vegetables and lots of water (100 oz, if you're exercising daily) You should see some results in a month. good luck. |
