Pants getting bigger is a good sign. Try not to depend so much on the scale. But to help you out, do cardio for 30 minutes everyday. It REALLY matters most on what you eat. So be sure that you're eating lots of fruits and vegetables and drinking TONS of water. 100 oz or so if you're exercising.
