Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, (junk in moderation) and LOTS of water (very important in fat loss). Don't keep waiting around for a miracle, or magical fat loss pill. Just start a new life of being active. Who cares what people say or think, if you are out there moving and trying to lose fat, then be proud and keep moving! #1 rule is consistancy (Workout consistantly) #2 rule is don't starve yourself. (<-- best way to get fat). You could easily lose 10 lbs a month!) good luck |
