When you go on fad/crash diets you lose muscle and water(not good!) If you weight train 2 times a week and do exercise like walk or jog daily for 30 minutes you will lose weight. Stop going to places where you know you will not be able to control what you eat. Drink LOTS of water. The more you exercise the more water you need. Don't wait until you feel thirsty. Drink waaayy more than 8 8 oz of water a day. (64 oz) try to shoot for 100oz. (You will have to go to the bathroom a lot for a few days, but it will die down. It is all the water retention your body has been storing because it held onto every drop of water you drank. But if you keep giving it water all the water/toxins will go out) |
