When you starve yourself your metabolism slows down to help keep your body alive (it eats your muscle, which is bad and makes you fatter) So when your metabolism slows down, anything you ever eat will be stored as fat, because your body wants to be prepared for the next time you starve yourself. So by providing nutritious food your body doesn't hold onto food and make it fat, because it knows that it will constantly be fed. Then your metabolism gets faster and burns calories and you get more energy and your workouts count. If you don't eat properly, your workouts pretty much aren't going to do anything. I guarantee if you listen to me you'll be 130 lbs in 2 months. My workout schedule is this: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - weight train full body for 1 1/2 hours. plus 30 minutes of cardio (interval walk/run, elliptical trainer, stair master, bike) Tuesday, Saturday - Cardio for 45mins - 1 hour do some ab workouts and lower back workouts Thursday and Sunday, dance to music at home, and take it easy. |
