| Reply from Caprice, Age 14 - 11/18/02 - IP#: 62.30.192.xxx bigbb-c6727 Hey again, thanks you have helped alot :) so is it ok to excercise every day? because i talked to my sister and she said, once you lose weight and excercise a bit less ( cuz you have lost the weight) then u regain it. but i dont know if she is right because you will still be excercising but a bit less, and eating healthily? i try and to a dance video ( for an hour) 3 times a week, i also do volleyball and basketball at school. and also im walking around school all day, plus i try an go to the gym. do u think this is too much excercise?? |
